We had a wonderful grooming experience with Shelby! I loved that our pup was only there for a little over an hour. Most places make you leave them for half a day or more. Shelby could not have been any sweeter to us. And I think our pup would have gladly stayed longer with her. 10/10!

Today, a bed raggled, new rescue dog Mama (she's 2) walked into Ma & Paws. I've had dogs before and even helped friends train theirs, but I've never had a dog with "reverse training" like my lil girl. I'm not a quitter, and I love this dog, so I'm eager to make her transition go smoothly; yet, at the same time, keep my house from smelling like a dog park. I was the neediest of customers due to my lack of sleep and discouraged heart. I was listened to, advised, encouraged, and given fabulous customer service. This is the most important part, I walked in right near opening on a Saturday, and I was treated like I was the only customer. You just don't see that kind of service anymore... and this very independent gal was NEEDY! When they rang me up, they found out that I had adopted through a rescue, and I was the lucky recipient of a gift bag that had to be worth at least $100. I left feeling relieved and spoiled. Thank you, Ma & Paws. I'll be back..... but not so needy! 🤭😊

Super pleased with Ma and Paws! We just moved here and Jen did such a great job on our 10 month old Goldendoodle, Stella! They also carry the food we use so it’s super convenient! We will definitely be regulars!
