Ma & Paws Pet Supplies is proud to carry Big Shrimpy in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Minimum, Inc. (the parent company of Big Shrimpy, Mosier Valley and Mariposa brands) started out as a recycling company and continues to recycle today via its Full Circle program. The company was born in 2001 when founder Bruce Kelling noticed huge bags of clean fleece scraps in bags at a sewing factory in Seattle. The scraps were remnants from cutting garment patterns. When told that the fleece scraps were sent to the landfill, as they had been for decades, he was astonished and not in a good way. He thought about the dog bed his “girl” Maggie was using and how lame it was. He realized he could build a dog bed for Maggie (a.k.a. Shrimpy) that was totally washable, including the filling inside!

Love this pet store! Rebecca, Cathy, Todd, and the whole crew! They sent a sympathy card when our big boy, Fender, passed away. Now we are back with our new pup. I won’t shop anywhere else for our dogs.

I had a great visit today picking up a few things for my dog. I was especially impressed by Jacob, who I’m guessing is maybe the son of the owners? He was super helpful and even shared cool dinosaur facts with me. I love locally owned businesses and seeing families work together (and the pricing here is top-notch!). 💜

Love this place!! So wish I had found it sooner!! Small store packed with all high quality foods, treats and supplements. Truly a one stop shop for picky pet parents who only want the best for their furbabies.

This is my go to store for getting treats, food, dog vitamins & my other dog supplies that I need. They never have a problem with me bringing my dog in with me, which is great bcz I always have Jae Bug with me 😊 T even hey gave her some treats & one of the workers even walked her around the store while I shopped, which was extremely helpful. I was needing some natural medicine for anxiety & they were very knowledgeable about the different kinds that are out on the market. You can even get your pets groomed there as well. Great place to shop! You won't be disappointed with this store!
